Witch 2 Witch: All About Cedar

It’s that time I guess.. Honestly this was something that should have been done at the beginning of this adventure, but for reasons it wasn’t. And eventually Seran will get hers done in some format. But Drum roll please….. 

Introducing Cedar one of the voices of Witch 2 Witch shop owner at Celestial Witch Emporium and a long time practicing Witch(that’s me). I’ve been a practicing witch since for nearing 25 years, I started learning tarot and divination at 8 and built my way into spell craft by 10. Having been a solitary witch for most of that time as where I live is not the best please for non Christian based religious practice that changed as has social media grew and chat Forums became a thing even if you typically don’t practice in an in person community we have online communities. Now at 33 am I still learning, picking up new tricks and working my best towards decolonizing that I learned early on yes. And I wanted to share that journey has a part of Witch 2 Witch. I’ve studied both Greek and Norse Pantheons and would I guess call myself a devotee of Hecate although I’m no part of any formal Church of such and that’s OKAY. I’ve also in the last year began a deep dive into Druid and Celtic Magic and their pantheons in hopes of connecting more with earth practices. 

Some of my heritage induces Norse, Slavic, Scottish Irish and with in my dads’ bloodline Native American( its been hard to track as a lot of what has been found is connected to Boarding Schools). And since I can’t directly draw my lines back to specific tribes I keep American Indigenous practices out of mine, and focus on Slavic, Scottish and Irish folk magic along with all the other non closed practices from around the world. 

Some of my teachers and mentors have background in practices like Hoodoo and Voodoo and will I can not share everything they have taught me there are some things I can and have been given permission too.
