Returns, exchanges, refunds

Pads and Sanitary products and personal items 

Returns and exchanges are only acceptable for new unused unwashed items. Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of delivery.

Full Refunds will only be available for unused, unwashed items that can be returned to or those damaged in shipping. Once washed partial refunds or a replacement item can be requested due to any defects that happen while making there item.

Clothing items excluding underwear

Returns and exchanges will be accepted on any worn unwashed item due to sizing issues if the item appears to have any extreme wear returns and exchanges will no be given. 

Once the item is wash a partial refund maybe acceptable if any stitching as failed with in 20 days of delivery.

Full refund for witch craft items if returned within 20 days.
